Same day VISA Service

We can book an appointment slot for you and have your visa processed at UKBA, Public Enquiry Offices in Croydon using the premium service (or the same day visa service as it is popularly known as). We are registered with UKBA, Public Enquiry Office, Croydon to provide ‘same day visa service’ as third party representatives.

What is the ‘same day’ visa service?

Same day service means that UKBA would process the applications and issue a visa same day, for those straightforward applications which meet the relevant requirements and do not require further checks to be carried out.  Please note that although UKBA aim to process most of these applications same day, there may still be cases where UKBA need to carry out further checks. Should this happen, then they will pass your application to the relevant department causing a delay even though you have paid for the premium service.

What applications can we assist you with under the ‘same day’ service?

We can assist with the applications in the following categories under the same day visa service:

·            Tier 1 (General) of the points-based system

·            PBS Dependant applications.

·            Tier 1 (Post-study work) of the points-based system

·            Tier 2 (General) of the points-based system

·            Tier 4 of the points-based system

·            Tier 5 of the points-based system

·           Settlement (indefinite leave to remain) using application form SET(O)              (except long residence applications under 10 year and 14 year rules)

·            Settlement (indefinite leave to remain) using application form SET(M)

·            Extension of stay (further leave to remain) using application form FLR(O)

·            Extension of stay (further leave to remain) using application form FLR(M)

·            Transfer of a residence permit using application form NTL.

Return of Documents; We can also assist in applying for return of documents in case you have sent your documents to UKBA and need your passport urgently for travelling out.

Do you need to attend?

Please note that your presence in only required in case of applications which require biometrics to be taken.

 For the applications where biometrics is not a requirement we can go on your behalf without you having to attend the UKBA, PEO, Croydon.

For the applications which require biometrics, we can still book the appointment slot for you, represent you and also we can send our outdoor representative to assist you during your appointment. After your biometrics procedure has been completed, you can leave the PEO, Croydon office and our agent would collect the documents from PEO the following day. Your biometrics card would then be sent to you directly or us (in case you have nominated our offices to receive these) in about 10 days time form the date of biometrics appointment.

Application categories for which we have regular slots and do not require pre-booking with UKBA

We have weekly appointment slots for settlement, NTL, Tier1 (Post Study Work Visa), PBS Dependant and FLR (o) applications on every Tuesday, which do not require prior booking. However please note that as this service is hugely popular amongst our clients, we advice you strongly to contact us at least 1 week before you wish to apply. We may on some occasions be able to accommodate late booking for these applications in case we are not pre-booked.

Application categories for which we are required to pre-book with UKBA

For the rest of the application categories such as Tier1 (Gen), Tier2, Tier4, FLR (M) we are still required to pre-book the slot with UKBA every week. Please ring us at least 2 weeks in advance if you wish to book a slot in any of the above categories.
