Terms & conditions for various services;
Please note that by filling or online form and by clicking "I Agree" on the online query form you are agreeing to accept our terms in relation to our fee for this service or any other terms of our service delivery.
When you visit our website or send us e-mails, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Upon completion of our online form and acceptance of our terms you will receive an automated response requesting you to make the payment for our services.
Fees –DIY service-This fee of £275 only covers a single electronic response along with a free 1 hr advice session with our advisers. Please note that this you would be required to contact our offices at the agreed appointment time, which will be sent out to you electronically upon receipt of fees. If you want an alternative time then please send an email and we would send you a further confirmatory email which you will be required to re-confirm. Once we receive this confirmation we would wait for your call. Please note that if you fail to inform us electronically about any cancellations of telephone consultation appointment at least 24 hrs in advance or fail to contact us at the appointment time then we will not re-schedule this appointment nor would we offer any refunds under this DIY Service.
Please note that any further email or telephone queries beyond the 1 first hr of free telephone advice session or our email advice containing the advice on application process etc would be subject to our fixed rates of £20 per query. Please note that we will only provide the advice upon receipt of a valid payment.
Please
ensure you provide us with full details of your query including any relevant
dates of current /previous visas, date of any applications made or pending,
your nationality, spouse/partner’s nationality, your country of residence,
period of your stay in the UK etc.
We
however reserve our right to request for further information if your query is
missing essential details, but please note that this will be done solely at our
discretion.
Please
note that responses will only be made to the email address that you have stated
on our form. Please note that in case of free telephone advice sessions you
will be required to ring our offices at the agreed appointment time and we
would not be contacting you.
Please note that once we have received the payment for our fees in our account, we aim to provide you with our response within 24 hours of receipt, of our fees in our bank account. Please note that if you are paying by pay pal then it can take up to 5 days for us to receive the fees.
If
you wish to terminate your service or cancel any appointment, then you may do
so by sending written notice of your decision via e-mail to
info@overseasvisasuk.com. Cancellations will only be effective upon
receipt of any such communication and will be subject to refund terms below.
Any fees accrued as of the effective date of termination will be payable
according to our refund terms after deduction of any bank, PayPal transfer
charges, admin charges, etc details of which are explained below;

Refunds of fees in DIY (Do- it -Yourself) Service package; Please note that
once we send you a written response & have a telephone advice session, than you
will have no right to a refund of amounts paid for that service. Please also
note that if you fail to call us at the agreed appointment time or do not
inform us electronically of any cancellations then no refunds would be offered.
Any cancellations can be made only 24 hours in advance. In case of any
cancellations made less than 24 hrs in advance no refunds would be offered.
· Refunds( Premium Service / Full service); Any refunds under the Premium Service and full service would be done in terms of our retainer agreement terms which would be sent to you in advance of any work and upon receipt of your instructions. Refunds of fees in ‘Documents checking service’; Please note that you would be required to make an advance payment for this service. Any cancellations for initial appointments under this service can be made only 24 hours in advance. In case of any cancellations made less than 24 hrs in advance no refunds would be offered. Refunds in cases where you have given 24 hours notice would still be subject to an Admin fee of £25 plus any PayPal , bank charges for pre-booked initial appointment Please note that separate terms apply for fees refund in case of any work undertaken in advance, details of which would be sent to you electronically under our client retainer agreement terms .
If
you send us a cancellation request within 1 hour of making your fee payment in
a case where there is more than 48 hours difference, between agreed date of
service/telephone advice and the date of fees receipt, we will refund the
balance of the fees you have paid after deduction of any bank, PayPal transfer
charges, admin charges of £5 etc. However please note that these refunds can
only be made once we receive the initial payment in our account. Please note
that if you are paying by pay pal then it can take up to 5 days for us to
receive the fees and further 5 days for you to receive any refunds in your
account. Please note that once we have refunded the payment we will send you a
confirmation email but we will not respond to any emails on when you may
receive these payments and you will have to contact PayPal or your bank if you
need further help in this regard.
We
reserve the right to change, revise or modify any of the Terms at any time by
posting them on this Site. The latest Terms will be posted on the Site, and you
should always review them prior to using our website. Changes notified in this
manner shall automatically be effective upon posting and continued use of the
Service on your part thereafter will signify your acceptance of the changes. If
you do not wish to accept these changed Terms then your sole and exclusive
remedy is to discontinue using the Site.
Please
note that any responses that we provide are based on the information contained
in your query and are therefore subject to limitations under the terms of this
engagement. Please note that the laws, regulations and procedures that apply to
your particular question may differ depending on the full facts of your case
which can typically be only discovered through detailed contact from in-person
evaluations or in-person face to face interviews. As we do not have the benefit
of having a face to face consultation with you, any advice that is provided
under these terms should not be relied upon by a user (or their agent) of these
services in any proceedings before courts or in an application to UK
immigration authorities.
We
reserve the right to reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, to modify
and discontinue any portion or all of the Service without notice, for any or no
reason.
Please
note that any the terms of this agreement posted on this website are subject to
the sole jurisdiction of the English Courts.
